GZA consultant leads launch of mentorship program for women … and more
The sale of the 6,000-square-foot office building at 69 Bay St., Manchester, by 69 Bay St Realty Partnership of Manchester, to Novus Vita Counseling PLLC of Manchester, has been announced by Mike Reed of Stebbins Commercial Properties, who represented the seller in the transaction. Dan Silva of Keller William, Bedford, represented the buyer. Sale price was $450,000.
Reed also represented the landlord, 850 Perimeter Road LLC, in the recent lease of an 11,660-square-foot industrial building at 801 Perimeter Rd., Manchester. Reed also represented the lessee, Mach V Group LLC.
David and Nancy Ernsberger have sold the building that housed their “The Nest” gift shop at 97 Main St., Littleton, to Emshika Alberini, owner of Chang Thai restaurant as well as the building occupied by Little Village Toy & Bookstore, Blue Jay Café, The League of NH Craftsmen and One Stitch, Two Stitch. Alberini said she plans to slowly renovate the space and open a new store sometime during the first quarter of 2018.

Senior consultant Muriel S. Robinette of GZA GeoEnvironmental’s Bedford office has led the development and launch of a mentorship program for women through the nonprofit professional organization New England Women in Energy and the Environment.
The goal of the NEWIEE Mentorship Program is to support mentoring relationships and increased learning opportunities for women who are in the energy and environment fields. The program will initially encompass a twofold approach – interactive mentor/mentee matchmaking and “mentoring circles,” organized through NEWIEE’s state chapters.
Spencer Thomas Group, Portsmouth, recently completed renovation of a 100-year-old commercial building located in the Atlantic Heights neighborhood of Portsmouth. Partnering with DeStefano Architects, the design centers on collaborative workspaces with a “resimercial” look and feel, part of a trend in corporate facility planning that incorporates homelike influences in a commercial space.
A 9,996-square-foot office at 155 Dow St. in Manchester has been sold by 155 Dow Street LLC of Laconia to MKA Holdings LLC of Manchester, for $680,000. Tom Dickson of Stebbins Commercial Properties represented the seller and assisted the buyer, MKA Holdings LLC.
The Meredith Conservation Commission recently completed a two-year project, spearheaded by the Trust for Public Land, to purchase 200 acres of conservation land along Barnard Ridge/Meredith Neck Road, known as the Page Pond Community Forest Expansion Project (Phase II). Roche Realty Group worked with both the buyers and the seller.
Concord Housing + Redevelopment has purchased the property at 4 Wall St. in Concord. Extensive renovations will begin immediately on the two buildings that sit on the parcel, said Executive Director John Hoyt. One of the buildings, constructed in 1920, will be turned into two 1,500-square-foot apartments, he said. There will be exterior work done on the smaller building, and the businesses currently located inside will remain.
