CPA firm BerryDunn has leased the entire fourth floor and half of the fifth floor at Brady Sullivan Plaza, 1000 Elm St., Manchester. The firm, which currently occupies the entire 15th floor of the building, is expected to take occupancy by the first quarter of 2018. Dan Scanlon of Colliers International’s office represented BerryDunn in the transaction, and Charles Panasis of Brady Sullivan Properties represented the landlord.

The RiverWoods Group says it has experienced an unprecedented demand for its new retirement community, RiverWoods Durham. Some 544 people have joined the list to have an option on 150 apartments at the new community. As a result, RiverWoods said has moved up the Durham community’s planned opening from 2020 to late 2019. Those who joined the RiverWoods Durham Founders Club are being given the opportunity to review floor plans and design options in October and reserve their apartments at that time.

Plymouth State University recently marked the official grand opening of Merrill Place Residence Hall and Conference Center.
