Fully occupancy at 186 Granite, Lakes Region Parade of Homes … and more
The restored mill property at 186 Granite St. in Manchester has reached full occupancy with the lease of an addition 36,816 square feet of office space by Southern New Hampshire University.
Jim DeStefano and Doug Martin of Colliers International’s Manchester office represented the owner, Manchester Millyard Realty LLC, and procured SNHU as a tenant.
The 190,000-square-foot property also counts GeoInsight, Cityside Management and Surplus Office Equipment as long-term anchor tenants.
Columbus Day Weekend marks the beginning of the Lakes Region Parade of Homes tour which runs Saturday, Sunday and Monday, Oct. 11-13. Presented by the Lakes Region Builders and Remodelers Association, the event will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day. Tickets are $10 per person (12 and under free), with donations going to support the WLNH Children’s Auction.

Bank of New Hampshire has been named the “bank of choice” for the expansion of Steele Hill Resorts in Sanbornton.
The expansion will be completed in several phases to accommodate increased demand for use of the facility, said Tania Baert, vice president-commercial lender for the bank.
Project management is by Conneston Construction.
