Mallard Pond leases, The Lodges ready for reservations … and more
The two final vacancies at the Mallard Pond Plaza at 865 Second St. in Manchester have been leased. First Nutrition, a nutritional products store, has leased 1,059 square feet for three years. Comics Plus, a novelty comics store has leased 1,273 square feet, also for three years.
Deanna Caron of Stebbins Commercial Properties represented the landlord in both transactions. The plaza is now fully leased.
The Lodges at Meredith Bay has announced it will start taking reservations for the luxury condominiums on June 28. Developed by Newton, Mass.-based South worth Development LLC, The Lodges is a full-service high rise overlooking Lake Winnipesaukee. The 24-units range in size from 1,400 square feet to 2,000 square feet, with prices starting in the high $400,000s-$600,000s. Completion is slated for the fall.
Jason Mayeu of Pembroke has joined Jewett Construction Co., Raymond, as director of marketing. Mayeu is a former senior director of creative services at Southern New Hampshire University.
The Greater Manchester/Nashua Board of Realtors has announced that Andrew Picard of Litchfield and Rachel Kirby of Nashua have won the organization’s 2014 scholarships. Andrew will be attending Bryant University in the fall to study marketing and Rachel will be attending Pennsylvania State University. Each student was presented with $1,000 to be used toward their 2014-2015 academic year.
