NHCIBOR names Martin 2018 Realtor of the Year

Colliers Realtor had over 50 commercial transactions in 2017

Doug Martin, a principal and vice president at Colliers International’s Manchester office, has been named the 2018 Realtor of the Year by NHCIBOR, the NH Commercial Investment Board of Realtors.

Martin, president-elect of NHCIBOR, specializes in the sale, leasing and valuation of office, industrial and retail properties and commercial land tracts in the greater Manchester and Concord areas.  

In addition, Martin is vice president of NHCIBOR Cares, the organization’s charitable arm. 

In 2017, he completed more than 50 transactions, one of which was his representation of the buyer of 29 Commerce Drive in Bedford, a 31,000-square-foot Class A office and training facility, for $3.53 million. 

His professional accomplishments include being named to Colliers International’s 2017 Everest Club, Colliers'  2017 top producer in New Hampshire, and the NH Union Leader's 2017 “40 Under 40” list. 

Martin, a fundraiser and supporter of several charities and causes, including many youth athletic organizations, the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Manchester PAL and the Alzheimer’s Association.  He also is a member of the New Boston Zoning Board of Adjustment and NBT Bank’s New England advisory board.
