Michael Reed, right, a member of the board of directors of the Bishop's Charitable Assistance Fund, the grant-making nonprofit arm of the Catholic Church of New Hampshire, presents a $3,500 grant to Robert Tourigny, executive director of NeighborWorks Greater Manchester, to support the nonprofit's foreclosure workshops and counseling programs for families in danger of losing their homes.
