Attorney Eleanor Dahar, a board member of the New Hampshire Bar Foundation, presents Jim Dunphy, president of Hampshire First Bank, with the IOLTA Leadership Bank Award. The IOLTA program — or the Interest on Lawyers Trust Account — provides critical legal services and educational opportunities to underserved residents in the state. Leadership Banks like Hampshire First support the program by offering interest rates of two percent or more on attorneys’ IOLTA accounts.
