Next ‘Meet the Commissioners’ features Murray

State Department of Transportation Commissioner Carol Murray will be the next speaker in the Meet the Commissioners series co-sponsored by the law firm of Sulloway & Hollis and the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce.

Murray will make brief remarks and answer questions at the forum, scheduled for 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. Dec. 14 in The ————–Gallery at the Sulloway & Hollis law offices, 29 School St., Concord.

Murray is expected to discuss the role of the department, highlighting some of its major projects and plans, particularly as they affect citizens and businesses in the greater Concord area. Among the topics she is expected to address is the planning of improvements to Interstate 93, both for the stretch between Bow and Concord and the major widening of the highway between Salem and Manchester.

The monthly Meet the Commissioners program has previously featured Revenue Administration Commissioner Phillip Blatsos and Employment Security Commissioner Richard Brothers.

The program is free, but limited seating is available. To attend, send a message to or call 223-2896.
