The Seacoast Board of Realtors has installed Thomas Heany, CEO of Keller Williams Coastal Realty in Portsmouth, as its 2014 president. He has been practicing real estate for nearly 30 years, and in addition to sales, his career has included managing two independent offices, seven years of commercial experience, teaching real estate pre-licensing courses, property investing and land development.

The association also installed Marion Cheney of RE/MAX Legacy as vice president, Dana Mitchell of Better Homes & Gardens-The Masiello Group as treasurer and Barbara Lemieux as Secretary.

The board of directors includes Tom Fabisak of Tom Fabisak Realty, Diane Foley of Prudential Verani Realty, Karen Kulberg of Carey & Giampa, Mary Markham of Better Homes & Gardens-The Masiello Group, Martha McAuliffe of Coldwell Banker and Linda Ruppe of the Bean Group.
