New Hampshire Housing honors ‘Best of 2013’

Mortgage lenders, originators, real estate agencies recognized

Real estate offices, loan officers and lenders were recognized recently by the New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority for their work in helping homebuyers find their way to affordable homes and loans.

They were honored at the agency’s “Best of 2013” ceremony, which was held as part of New Hampshire Housing’s second annual Conference on Homeownership at the Radisson Hotel in Manchester.

Those chosen were recognized for their high rate of success in connecting buyers with New Hampshire Housing mortgage loans.

“Without the support of our top lenders, real estate professionals, and loan originators, New Hampshire Housing could not do its work of housing low- and moderate-income individuals and families,” said Ignatius MacLellan, the agency’s director of homeownership. “That is why each year we recognize their hard work serving customers and offering affordable loans that set up borrowers for successful homeownership.”
