Nashua: Lawyers filing class-action lawsuits against lenders and credit insurance companies

Nashua: Two lawyers in Nashua are filing class-action lawsuits against more than a dozen lenders and credit insurance companies that they say have failed to refund insurance premiums to car buyers, as required by state law.
