The Southern District YMCA has chosen Raymond-based Jewett Construction Company to build a new 30,000-square-foot YMCA in Exeter.
A volunteer YMCA facility committee is working with Jewett to design a facility that will meet the needs of the extended community and will fulfill the focus of the Y on youth development, healthy living and social responsibility, said Craig Jewett, president of the firm.
Prolman Realty Inc. has announced the $1.27 million sale of 199 and 201 Lowell Road, Hudson, to AMR Real Estate Holdings. The two-acre property includes a 7,500-square-foot building. Mark Prolman and Lisa Morrison represented the seller, Danato Realty Trust.
Portsmouth Computer Group has purchased 19 Weeks Lane in Dover from Peter Russell & Associates. PCG said it pans to operate a retail/service location at the site. Bob Marchewka of One Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer in the transaction.
North Branch Construction, Concord, has purchased $25,000 in tax credits through the Community Development Investment Program on behalf of Rivermere Community Housing in Lebanon. Rivermere, owned by Twin Pines Housing Trust, provides twenty-one units of affordable rental townhouse housing along the Mascoma River. North Branch completed construction of the project last spring.
Brenda Litchfield of Concord Commercial Real Estate has announced the sale of Fox Den Retirement Community in Sandown to Evergreen Health Group LLC. Fox Den is a 32-bed assisted living facility that has been operated by Steven and Cynthia Patterson since 1996. Litchfield and attorney Daniel Kalinski represented the Pattersons in the sale.
