MOSAIC mentoring now offered in U.S.

Program serves as a technology-based community for connecting in-house attorneys

The Boston-based Association of Corporate Counsel Northeast has become the first organization to offer the MOSAIC (Mentoring Opportunities Shared Amongst In-House Counsel) program in the United States.

Developed by two in-house attorneys in the United Kingdom, the program serves as a technology-based mentoring community for connecting in-house attorneys to share ideas, skills and career advice.

The chapter will pair up in-house counsel mentors and mentees to members across the region, said Gemma Dreher, vice president of ACC Northeast.

She said MOSAIC’s technology platform matches mentors and mentees based on preferences indicated — including geography, industry, practice area and years in practice. The program’s algorithm then suggests members to work together in a supportive relationship that is unique to each pairing.
