Manchester-Nashua foreclosure rates decrease in February
They stand at nearly half the national percentage

Foreclosure rates in Manchester-Nashua decreased in February in comparison to the same period last year, according to newly released data from property information and analytics firm CoreLogic.
The CoreLogic data reveals that the rate of Manchester-Nashua area foreclosures among outstanding mortgage loans was 0.78 percent in February, a decrease of 0.04 percentage points compared to February 2014, when the rate was 0.82 percent.
Foreclosure activity in Manchester-Nashua was lower than the national foreclosure rate, which was 1.43 percent for February 2015.
In addition, the Manchester-Nashua mortgage delinquency rate decreased. According to CoreLogic data, 2.76 percent of mortgage loans were in delinquency for 90 days or more in February, compared to 3.08 percent for the same period last year, representing a decrease of 0.32 percentage points.
