Manchester-Nashua foreclosure rates decrease again in May
Foreclosure delinquency also continues to drop in 2015

Foreclosure rates in Manchester-Nashua decreased for the month of May over the same period last year, according to newly released data from property information and analytics firm CoreLogic. The CoreLogic data reveals that the rate of Manchester-Nashua area foreclosures among outstanding mortgage loans was 0.70 percent for May 2015, a decrease of 0.04 percentage points compared to May 2014, when the rate was 0.74 percent. The rate has continued to decrease from its high of 0.80 percent in January. Foreclosure activity in Manchester-Nashua was lower than the national foreclosure rate, which was 1.29 percent for May 2015. Also in Manchester-Nashua, the mortgage delinquency rate decreased. According to CoreLogic data for May 2015, 2.50 percent of mortgage loans were 90 days or more delinquent compared with 2.85 percent for the same period last year, representing a decrease of 0.35 percentage points. |
