Manchester: Director of New Hampshire Motor Transport Association warns members away from Boston during DNC
Manchester: Robert Scully, executive director of the New Hampshire Motor Transport Association, is warning his members to steer clear of Boston during the Democratic National Convention. Scully said law enforcement officials in Massachusetts expect a 14-mile backup and a 2-1/2 hour delay on Interstate 93 south heading into Boston during the four-day convention, which starts July 26. Highway crews will begin shutting down access ramps about 4 p.m. each day, and the entire highway will be closed from 7 p.m. until 1 a.m.
