Hudson industrial site sold for $8.65 million
New Comcast call center to be located at facility

The Hudson site that will be home to a new Comcast call center has been sold for $8.65 million to Boston-based Farley White Interests.
The sale of 55 Executive Drive – which includes two buildings with a total of 166,626 square feet of space – was announced by Cushman & Wakefield, whose Thomas Farrelly, Denis Dancoes and Sue Ann Johnson represented the seller, Presstek Industries.
Before the sale, C&W secured a 142,000-square-foot lease with Comcast for an 800-seat call center, which is scheduled to open later this year. Jones Lang LaSalle represented Comcast in that transaction.
In addition, Presstek signed a 25,000-square-foot leaseback on a long-term basis.
Farley White is one of the largest owners of commercial real estate in southern New Hampshire, with a nearly million-square-foot portfolio that also includes 100 Arboretum Drive in Portsmouth, 1155 Elm St. in Manchester and Bedford Farms Office Park and Bedford Executive Office Park in Bedford. Their total New Hampshire portfolio is nearly one million square feet.
