Concord: USA Springs and the state reach agreement

Concord: USA Springs and the state have reached an agreement on a groundwater withdrawal permit allowing the Pelham-based company to build a bottling plant and collect more than 300,000 gallons a day from wells on its property in Nottingham. The permit requires water-level monitoring at 43 locations and intensive analysis at eight areas with wetlands. Such monitoring must take place before the groundwater withdrawals, the state said.
