Choate, based at Colliers International’s Portsmouth office, was recently honored by NHCIBOR for his efforts to promote the commercial real estate industry through such initiatives as the monthly NHCIBOR Seacoast Marketing Meeting.
“This year’s National Commercial Award winners are incredible examples of how Realtors who practice commercial real estate help build and revitalize communities,” said National Association of Realtors President Chris Polychron, executive broker with 1st Choice Realty in Hot Springs, Ark. “As we celebrate the ninth year of these awards, I am proud and honored to recognize the work David has done to improve his profession.”
