China deal signed by iCAD

Nashua-based iCAD Inc.’s reseller in China has signed a five-year contract to supply the Chinese Anti-Cancer Association with at least 100 computer-aided devices that help detect breast cancer.

In a Nov. 30 press release, iCAD said it received an initial order for 20 SecondLook systems. The order is valued at about $426,000. The company expects to fill the initial order in December.

iCAD had 2004 sales of $23.3 million.
