Aria at Portwalk Place opens
New residents move in to luxury apartment building

Dozens of new residents have moved into their pre-leased apartments at Aria at Portwalk Place in Portsmouth.
A grand opening celebration of the 113-apartment building was attended by more than 100 people on Oct. 23, giving the public its first opportunity to get a close-up look at the building’s various amenities, which include a resident lounge, fitness center and outdoor sun deck.
Stephanie Morrison of Exeter-based Morr Interiors designed the resident lounge that includes high ceilings, a large-screen TV, fireplace and Wi-Fi-connected work areas. The lounge’s walls feature art by local artist Brigitte Keller.
The outdoor sundeck includes rooftop gardens and a fire pit.
The modern lofts, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments have attracted a mix demographic of baby boomers, empty nesters, and young professionals, according to Adriana Guzzo, director of marketing for Aria at Portwalk Place.
