Foxx Life Sciences expands to new headquarters in Londonderry
75,000-square-foot building adds inventory space, strengthens, distribution abilities
Foxx Life Sciences has opened a new 75,000-square-foot headquarters and distribution center in Londonderry, next to the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport – the growing company’s second location.
The former McKesson 13-bay distribution center gives allows for expanded inventory levels and distribution capabilities, said CEO Thomas Taylor.
“Based on our growth rate, Foxx was forced to add additional space for our five main businesses – bioprocess single use system clean rooms, biopharma filtration, fluid management, lab safety and glassware inventory. Most importantly the new facility offered the opportunity to triple our cleanroom space and sterile manufacturing capabilities.”
The distribution center includes 30-foot ceilings, new racking, bar code inventory control system, and 13 bays for delivery and shipping, ensuring quick inventory turnaround, said Taylor.
Foxx manufactures filtration and fluid management products for biotech and pharmaceutical customers.
