The New England Language Center in Rochester hosted a potluck dinner to welcome a delegation from the Kyrgyz Republic, one of the world’s six independent Turkic states. The delegation, which consisted of five parliamentarians and two interpreters, was in the U.S. on a program sponsored in part by the World Affairs Council of New Hampshire to explore the issues of government and conflict resolution.
