Officials at CSI, a provider of in-building wireless solutions, announced that they have completed the installation of a technology-neutral distributed antenna system at the new home of the NFL’s Arizona Cardinals. The new facility boasts a seating capacity of 63,400, a retractable roof and the first retractable grass playing surface installed in the country. It is expected to host Super Bowl XLII in February 2008.
The new CSI system will improve radio system and cellphone reception for stadium guests, public safety officials and other employees within a million-square-foot area while providing the flexibility to grow to meet the demands of future wireless technology.
