Claremont-based technology integrator Red River has acquired Accunet Solutions, a systems integration and IT consulting services provider headquartered in Boston.
Accunet specializes in the health care and life sciences sectors.
Rick Bolduc, CEO of Red River, said the merger combines “our complementary resources, technical expertise, infrastructure, strategic partnerships and managed services” and will “provide our customers with expanded capabilities and expertise to take on new challenges, especially within healthcare, life sciences and financial sectors, where Accunet has truly excelled.”
The combination also means Red River can expand its operations and geographic footprint, Bolduc said, with resources and offices in Boston and Rochester, N.Y., as well as “sales and engineering coverage from Maine to Florida and southern California.”
