Law Warehouse Inc. has signed a long-term lease for 132,241 square feet of space at 59 Daniel Webster Highway in Merrimack, the former headquarters of Nashua Corp.
CBRE/NE’s Roger Dieker and Michael Tamposi represented the landlord, an affiliate of Hackman Capital Partners, while Larry Hirsch of Hirsch & Company represented Law Warehouse.
The Hackman affiliate owns 24 other industrial buildings in the Northeast, totaling more than 7.95 million square feet.
“The demand for high-bay warehouse continues to be strong in the New Hampshire market, yet availability of this type of space is limited,” said Tamposi.
The Merrimack building, which totals 473,990 square feet, is located in the Economic Revitalization Zone on Daniel Webster Highway.
