2 NH real estate firms, architectural firm named to Inc. 5000

Magazine lists RE/MAX Insight, Bean Group, DeStefano Architects

Two New Hampshire real estate companies and an architectural firm have been named to Inc. magazine’s list of the 5,000 fastest-growing companies in the United States.

Named to the list, at No. 689, was real estate brokerage RE/MAX Insight of Salem. The firm, which owns brokerages in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, reported a growth rate of 571 percent between 2013 and 2015 with 2015 revenue of $10 million. In 2014, it was ranked at No. 1733 on the Inc. list.

Also named to the list was DeStefano Architects, a Portsmouth-based architectural firm, which was ranked at No. 1725. The firm reported a three-year growth rate of 216 percent and 2015 revenue of $2.5 million. It was ranked at No. 2282 on last year’s Inc. list.

At No. 4367 was Portsmouth-based real estate services firm Bean Group. Its three-year growth rate was 60 percent, with 2015 revenue of $22.7 million. It was the fifth time since 2011 that the company has been named to the Inc. list. Its last ranking came in 2014, when it was listed at No. 2700.
