The foreclosure rate on home mortgages in the Manchester-Nashua area fell once again in April, according to data analytics firm CoreLogic.
The company reported that the rate of Manchester-Nashua area foreclosures among outstanding mortgage loans was 0.51 percent for April, a drop of 0.22 percentage points from April 2015, when the rate was 0.73 percent.
Foreclosure activity in Manchester-Nashua was lower than the national foreclosure rate, which was 1.03 percent for April 2016, CoreLogic said.
In addition, the mortgage delinquency rate on loans 90 or more days delinquent fell to 2.01 percent in April, compared with 2.54 percent for April 2015.
