NASHUA – The Solid Waste Department’s curbside collection of soft yard waste has ended for the season. The department will not pick up any more yard waste set out with trash.
Residents may bring any remaining yard waste directly to the Nashua Recycling Center at the Four Hills Landfill for composting. The facility is at 840 W. Hollis St., and is open from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday through Friday, and from 8 a.m.-1 p.m. on Saturdays.
A state law bans yard waste from the landfill.
