Southeast New Hampshire Habitat for Humanity has appointed Jenn Madden, owner of Madden Realtors in Rye, to its board of directors. Madden’s 20 years of experience during an unprecedented housing market will greatly benefit the organization’s affordable housing and volunteer programs at a pivotal moment of strategic planning and growth.

Brady Sullivan Properties has secured Alumni Ventures Group space at its office headquarters address at 670 N. Commercial Street in Manchester. AVG executed a long-term lease for 27,351 square feet on the top floor of the historic Jefferson Mill, with plans to consolidate three New Hampshire offices into this one location. James Tobin, Brady Sullivan’s director of commercial leasing, facilitated the transaction on the landlord’s behalf. JLL’s Boston Team represented AVG, which plans to take occupancy in Q4 of 2021.

Prolman Realty, Inc. has leased 25,360 square feet of space to Microwave Techniques at 104 Perimeter Road in Nashua, according to Mark Prolman, who represented Rapid Real Estate, LLC (Lessor).  Microwave Techniques (Lessee) was represented by Jeffrey Tounge, Tounge Associates and Margie MacDonald RE/MAX Presidential.  The property is located at the Nashua Airport and consists of 2,540 square feet of office and 22,860 square feet of warehouse.

Denver-based RE/MAX, LLC has completed its previously announced purchase of the North American regions of RE/MAX INTEGRA. The RE/MAX INTEGRA regions acquired by RE/MAX, LLC include five Canadian provinces (New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, and Prince Edward Island) and nine U.S. states (the New England states of Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont, plus the Midwestern states of Indiana, Minnesota, and Wisconsin). With the sale now closed, more than 19,000 agents and more than 1,100 independently owned and operated RE/MAX offices are now part of RE/MAX, LLC Company-Owned Regions.

Steri Clean, a Londonderry-based,  commercial cleaning service provider, has launched an updated website that provides a businesses and facilities information onw how to adhere to Covid-19 cleaning and sanitization protocols and alert them of the wide breadth of Steri Clean’s services. The  website also includes a blog section called “The Janitor’s Closet” that features commercial cleaning resources and tips for property managers, facility managers and business owners.

Members of the Manchester Historic Association recently approved four new board members:
Jeffery Myrdek, a lifelong resident of Manchester and West graduate. He has been a member of the MHA for several years and previously served on the board as a trustee and as vice president.
Jen Drociak, who has served on the Manchester Conservation Commission and currently sits on the Manchester Heritage Commission. Since 2000, she has been involved in the Manchester Urban Ponds Restoration Program, coordinating it since 2006.
Amanda Quinlan is a litigation associate at McLane Middleton in Manchester.
And Benjamin Horton, assistant dean for first-year students and academic support services and a faculty member in the humanities department at Saint Anselm College. Dr. Horton is a lifelong Manchester resident.
