Brady Sullivan donates to CMC's expansion, real estate franchise expands into NH ... and more

Last week, Catholic Medical Center accepted a $100,000 donation from Brady Sullivan Properties. The Manchester-based property management and development firm, headed up by Shane Brady and Arthur Sullivan, recognized CMC’s commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality health care to the community. The gift will help CMC grow that commitment as it moves into the next phase of a campus expansion project. In recognition of the gift, CMC will name one of the new building’s cardiac catheterization labs in honor of Brady Sullivan.
Last year, CMC broke ground on a multi-year project to add a new building to its McGregor Street campus. The expansion includes a larger Emergency Department, new facilities for the New England Heart & Vascular Institute, and private patient rooms. The first phase of the project, the construction of a new Rite Aid store, is nearly complete. Demolition of the existing building will begin in November, 2020.
Realty ONE Group, a franchise real estate business based out of Las Vegas, has expanded into New Hampshire as it continues to sell franchises at a record pace in the Granite State and 44 other states as well as Washington, D.C. and Canada. The company sold 21 franchises in the third quarter, with 61 sold so far this year.
Winsupply Inc., a Dayton, Ohio-based supplier of materials for residential and commercial construction, has completed the purchase of substantially all the assets of Avon Supply Co. of Wakefield, Mass. Details of the purchase were not disclosed. Avon Supply Co. serves area contractors in Boston and southern New Hampshire with plumbing, boilers, and hydronic heating supplies for new construction, remodeling, maintenance, and repair. Avon Supply Co.’s previous owner, Robert Berman, will remain with the company as president and invest in substantial equity in the new entity to share ownership with Winsupply Inc., which has majority ownership. The company will do business as Winsupply of Wakefield.
TFMoran’s Seacoast Division welcomes Justin Macek, EIT to the team as a civil project engineer. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of New Hampshire in Durham. Macek has civil/site engineering experience in both New Hampshire and California, including environmental sampling, stormwater management, hydraulic modeling, parking lot design, and construction inspection.
