Cheshire Medical Center/Dartmouth-Hitchcock Keene has presented its 2011 Annual Chairman’s Awards, which recognize teams in the hospital that work together to improve its quality of health services. Award recipients included the Centering Pregnancy team, whose model of prenatal care includes health care assessment, education and support facilitated by a credentialed health care provider in a group setting. Centering Pregnancy team members are, from left, Jessica Densmore, Rebecca Pratt, Felicia Robinson, Linda Hakala and Amanda Houle.
