More retailers eye Concord locations
Bed Bath & Beyond and T.J. Maxx stores will soon be built on sites long vacant in a Loudon Road shopping center in Concord.
Rocky’s Ace Hardware and the Concord post office are the only current tenants at the plaza. They would be joined by a series of attached buildings, said Bob Pollock, a senior planner for the city — a 30,198-square-foot T.J. Maxx department store, a 23,338-square-foot Bed Bath & Beyond home-furnishings store, a 3,000-square-foot Aspen dental office and a 1,560-square-foot U.S. Cellular store.
