GN Netcom adds two key players

GN Netcom of Nashua announced Tuesday that it has filled two key positions within the company with leaders from the sound and electronics industries.

David Wood will join GN Netcom as senior vice president and general manager for the company’s North American business, and Stephan Petix will become vice president of marketing.

Wood, a 20-year veteran of the consumer electronics industry, most recently served as vice president of the Americas Sales Group for Bose Corporation, a worldwide innovator of sound technology. He was responsible for the development and execution of comprehensive business plans designed to capitalize on market opportunities.

A former vice president of Business Development and the Mobile Solutions Group with Sharp Electronics, Petix was responsible for defining and marketing the Sharp Mobile Services brand. Petix has also held positions with Minolta Corporation, Kyocera Electronics, Savin Corporation and Canon.
