St. Joseph Hospital’s eight-week Freedom From Smoking program starting this week. The program is designed by the American Lung Association. Freedom From Smoking offers group support and encouragement for those that would like to quit smoking. During the period of those eight sessions, the participants will better understand their smoking habits and will learn how to deal with withdrawal symptoms, social situations and preventing relapses.
The fee for this program is $50 and pre-registration is required.
