Since 1972, we have been developing and managing affordable homes that improve lives and strengthen communities across northern New England. Affordable homes are the foundation of vibrant communities, allowing community members to work and play close to where they live. Our region is in the midst of a housing shortage unlike anything we’ve seen before. Avesta is uniquely positioned to meet this challenge. These are the priorities that move us forward:

• Promote housing safety and stability to help residents meet their personal goals.
• Promote climate resiliency and equity by using sustainable building methods.
