Four new members elected to New Hampshire Tech Alliance board
Baines, Ferrari, Pascarella, Trombley join organization’s leadership

The New Hampshire Tech Alliance has announced the appointment of four new members to its board of directors.
The new members, elected during the organization’s annual meeting in June, are:
- Entrepreneur Steve Baines, founder and CEO of of Forcivity, who has worked with other early-stage, technology-focused startups
- Attorney Christina Ferrari, a shareholder in the firm of

Bernstein Shur and a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Business and Healthcare Practice Groups and is president of the New Hampshire Women’s Bar Association
- Nathan Pascarella, director of Hypertherm Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of Hypertherm in Hanover, leading the closing of its first investments in 2019.
- Marlana Trombley, vice president of marketing at Orbit Group and interim CMO at Zoom Telephonics, where she is currently overseeing the marketing strategy for the release of several new products.

Alliance membership also elected three current board members to a second term: Colleen Cone of Comcast; Mike Decelle of UNH Manchester; and Gary Sloper of Macronet Services.
The alliance’s board chair, Matt Benson of Cook Little Rosenblatt and Manson, called the new members “diverse, accomplished and knowledgeable professionals whose unique perspectives and experiences will play such a critical role of shaping the future of this organization.”
