10 business-related New Hampshire bankruptcies in November

But overall filings fell from October

Some 140 New Hampshire individuals and businesses filed for bankruptcy in November, 26 fewer than October, but five more than November 2018.

That brings the average monthly filings for the year to under 152, six more than last year, and the same as 2017. In November 2010, in the heart of recession, there were 428 bankruptcy filings.

Ten of the filings were due to business-related debt. Three were filed by individuals, but the other seven were business filings. In October, there were three business-related filings.

The business filings were:

• Allenstown Auto Sales, LLC, Suncook, filed Nov. 20, Chapter 7. Assets: Less than $50,000. Liabilities: $50,000 to $100,000
• Seabrook Air Inc., Seabrook, filed Nov. 20, Chapter 7. Assets: $100,000 to $500,000. Liabilities: $400,000 to $1 million.
• RML Gifts LLC, dba Edible Arrangements, Londonderry, filed Nov. 20, Chapter 7. Assets and liabilities: Less than $50,000
• Fruitful Enterprises LLC, dba Edible Arrangements, Concord, filed Nov. 20, Chapter 7. Assets and liabilities: Less than $50,000
• El Colima LLC, Nashua, filed Nov. 22, Chapter 7. Assets: $0. Liabilities: $277,267.
• Lorena’s Cantina LLC, Manchester, filed Nov. 22, Chapter 7, Assets: $10,000. Liabilities: $291,267.

• Just Gas & Tobacco Only Inc., Hillsborough, filed Nov. 22, Chapter 11, Assets and liabilities: Less than $50,000.
