ConvenientMD names Jessee Uhde SVP of Urgent Care Operations

Experienced healthcare operations leader joins Portsmouth-based organization to support clinic teams and patient care across New England.

ConvenientMD recently welcomed Jessee Uhde as senior vice president of urgent care operations, based at the company’s headquarters in Portsmouth, NH. Uhde will oversee operations of ConvenientMD’s urgent care network, with a focus on supporting clinic teams, strengthening operations performance, and ensuring patients continue to receive high-quality, accessible care across its 51 urgent care locations.

“Jessee brings deep operational experience and a genuine commitment to supporting the people who care for our patients every day,” said ConvenientMD CEO Ray Wahl. “His understanding of the urgent care industry and his focus on building strong teams and delivering high-quality patient care make him a tremendous addition to our leadership team.”

Throughout his career, Uhde has led large-scale urgent care operations across multiple states, overseeing growth, operational transformation, and performance improvement. He joins ConvenientMD from Ardent Health, where he served as vice president of operations for urgent care.

Uhde joined ConvenientMD in September 2026 and currently lives in Nashville, Tenn., with his family. He plans to relocate to New England in 2027.
