Home prices in the Manchester-Nashua area increased in February by 3.4 percent percent over February 2014, according to according to property information firm CoreLogic.
But on a month-over-month basis, CoreLogic reported that home prices, home prices, including distressed sales, decreased by 2.8 percent in February 2015 compared to January 2015.
Excluding distressed sales, year-over-year prices increased by 5.3 percent in February compared to February 2014. On a month-over-month basis, excluding distressed sales, the CoreLogic report indicates home prices stayed the same in February 2015 compared to January 2015.
The company said that nationwide, including distressed sales, prices increased by 5.6 percent in February 2015 compared to January 2014. On a month-over-month basis, nationwide home prices, including distressed sales, increased by 1.1 percent in February over January.
