Unitil declares quarterly dividend

Hampton-based Unitil Corp. has declared a quarterly dividend of 34.5 cents per share, payable Feb. 15 to recorded shareholders as of Feb. 1, the company announced.Unitil officials said the dividend results in a current effective annual rate of $1.38 per share of common stock.Unitil provides natural gas and electricity throughout northern New England, serving approximately 100,900 electric customers and 70,800 natural gas customers. – CINDY KIBBE/NEW HAMPSHIRE BUSINESS REVIEW
