The University of New Hampshire’s Rines Angel Fund will be holding its inaugural forum, “Entrepreneurs and Investors: Insights and Strategies for Growing Successful Ventures,” on Friday, Oct. 4 at the Paul College of Business and Economics in Durham.
The event, which will run from 1 to 5 p.m., will feature entrepreneurs and investors, who will discuss current trends in early-stage investment and venture growth strategies.
Jeremy Hitchcock, founder and CEO of Minim and co-founder of Dyn and The Bookery, will be the keynote speaker.
Taking part in the Entrepreneur Panel will be Katie Bouton, founder, CEO and president of Koya Leadership Partners/Diversified Search; Bruce Cerullo, operator investor of Nordic Consulting Partners; and Joe Faro, founder of Tuscan Brands.
An Investor Panel will feature Christine Brennan, Partner, MRL Ventures Fund; John Kealey, managing partner, Chocorua Capital; and Alison Pyott, partner and senior wealth manager, Veris Wealth Partners.
The Rines Angel Fund is a year-long, four-credit course at UNH, which allows students of all backgrounds and academic disciplines to gain hands-on experience in private equity markets and entrepreneurial finance by managing an angel investment fund.
