JP Harris is a member of Sheehan Phinney’s litigation department and is co-chair of the firm’s Data Privacy and Security Law Practice Group. In addition to a general and complex litigation practice, J.P. represents clients that have experienced a data breach to navigate the statutes requiring notifications and to manage the risk of claims. He also counsels companies before breaches occur on how to prepare for them and protect against them. He helps companies perform risk assessments to determine areas in need of attention and to inform decisions for policy drafting and implementation. He also guides companies through drafting and implementing records and data management policies and the management of electronically stored information.
Barry Bader Regional Vice President Comcast Business
Barry Bader serves as the Regional Vice President of Comcast Business in Greater Boston, which includes New Hampshire, eastern Massachusetts and Maine. In this role, Bader is responsible for providing direction and oversight for local Comcast Business operations, sales and customer experience initiatives for both existing customers and new business opportunities across the Region.Bader has more than twenty years of managerial and sales experience in the telecommunication industry. Previously, he was the Senior Director of Operations for Comcast Business in the Greater Boston Region along with a variety of other Comcast Business sales roles since 2010. Throughout his tenure at Comcast, Bader has worked to create a positive customer-focused culture while driving key metrics and results. For example, Comcast Business has been selected as the #1 Telecom Provider in the Granite State as determined by the readers of New Hampshire Business Review for the last 10 years in a row.
Bader graduated from Worcester State College with a degree in Business Management.
