The Timberland Company, the Stratham-based maker of footwear and apparel, has announced the appointment of two new senior executives.
John Crimmins has been named chief financial officer of the company after serving as acting CFO since March 29, following the departure of Brian McKeon.
Crimmins originally joined Timberland in 2002, serving as chief accounting officer and vice president-corporate controller prior to taking on the role of acting CFO.
In addition, Cardin N. Welsh was named senior vice president and chief administrative officer.
Welsh served as Timberland’s senior vice president-international from 1998 until 2003 and as treasurer from 1991 to 1998. – TRACIE STONE
