Timberland names Crimmins new CFO
John Crimmins, former vice president of The Timberland Company, has been named chief financial officer of the Stratham-based footwear and outdoor apparel company.
According to a statement released Thursday by Timberland officials, Crimmins, an executive with the company since 2002, also has held positions as corporate controller and chief accounting officer.
In his new role as CFO, Crimmins will be responsible for the company’s accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury and audit activities and legal and information technology.
Crimmins’ appointment comes a month after his successor, Brian McKeon, left the company to accept a position with the Boston-based storage service company, Iron Mountain. – TRACIE STONE
