2024 Goals

  1. Deliver impact and outstanding service by engaging more community neighbors and Y partners by demonstrating increased value and opportunity for members.
  2. Expanding service areas to support the changing needs of the community such as continuing the Y being an extension of the NH health arena that provides behavioral changes leading to improved health and well-being, holistically.
  3. Continue to grow and enhance engagement and retention of our membership base through the ABR (Achievement, Relationship, Belonging) model through, yet not limited to, our commitment to supporting diversity and inclusion with the Y and NH communities.
