Standex International Corp. has declared a quarterly dividend of 21 cents per share.
The dividend is payable Aug. 24 to shareholders of record by Aug. 10.
The Salem-based diversified manufacturer said it is the 172nd consecutive quarter that the firm has issued a dividend since it became a public corporation in November 1964. Company officials say the firm has increased its dividend rate 35 time in the 42-year period.
Standex is a multi-industry manufacturer in five broad business segments, including food-service equipment, air distribution products, engineered products, engraving and hydraulics products with operations in the United States, Europe, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Mexico, Brazil and China. — CINDY KIBBE
