The Dunbarton Zoning Board has approved what will become the largest development in the town — Watch Hill Commons, 88 units of senior housing behind Countryside Golf Club off Route 13.
Project engineers will now re-evaluate the site and design the roads, sewer and water systems and other basic components of the plan. Then the plan will go before the planning board. It’s hoped that the site will be ready for construction in about a year.
