To the editor:As a New Hampshire business owner committed to preserving a healthy environment, I wanted to offer my thanks to Congressman Charlie Bass for rejecting the TRAIN Act in the House last week. As we witnessed in the GOP filibuster of the American Jobs Act, it seems uncommon and probably risky for congressmen to break free from party lines, but Congressmen Charlie Bass did so by supporting clean air in our state.
