Opechee Construction Corp. has been awarded a contract to design and construct a 9,070-square-foot, single-story clubhouse for The Nevins Community currently under construction in Londonderry.
Elmer Pease of PD Associates, Real Estate Consultants, Auburn, has partnered with Ken Grandstaff and Tony Mesiti of Mesiti Development Group of North Andover, Mass., to develop and build the community.
Opechee has worked on four other construction projects with Grandstaff and Mesiti, including office buildings and multi-family facilities. One collaboration is the newly completed Kittredge Crossing, a four-building 126-unit condominium complex with community center in North Andover, Mass.
The Nevins Community is an active senior living community consisting of 125 single detached units and a clubhouse to serve as the common area.
